I haven't had a chance to use it much, but we live in the cold and rainy Northwest so would love to be able to work out at home. Look forward to using it every day and can put it away when guests come over. Fits easily behind my couch.

To start getting more exercise, I added this treadmill that I roll under my desk when I want to use it. so far this is10/10experience. I usually walk about a mile a day now, up from not walking at all a week or two ago.now i have every day2-3kstep. My goal is to slowly increase how often I walk, aiming to get closer to 10kstep.

I bought this for my older mother to keep up with the walks when the nearby sidewalks are icy or the weather is bad. she loves it. I was concerned that the strap width would be too narrow, but it actually works fine for me as a 6ft person. would recommend.
