Error code with no info on how to fix it

I purchased this treadmill through Walmart and had professionals build it. I immediately had problems. An error that says OFF sporadically appears and the treadmill doesn't start. No info about this in the user manual or on Google. I've tried different outlets and moving it around the room to see if it's a balance issue. It's hit or miss which doesn't make any sense. This company makes it very hard to reach out to them for customer service.

I do not recommend buying anything from Maxkare
