This is one of the best things I could find and buy. I was in severe pain from pinched nerves in my neck and degenerated discs. I love the neck/shoulder design. I've been using it for 7 months now and it's always my go-to when I'm in pain and it works great. It's even stylish enough to pack into a suitcase and take on vacation.
