I fell and broke my upper arm and shoulder so was looking for a larger heating pad. It is well made and gives off good heat when in proper contact with my injured area but is very short at the waist. Every time I sit down the bottom moves up.

Got this for Christmas for my wife and have used it on and off over the winter. She has a back injury and has used it many times over 4 days straight and now it won't turn on at all.

My daughter loved this. The only thing is it only lasted 2.5 months.

This is by far the best heating pad I have ever owned. The way it is designed it provides heat to the neck, shoulders, all the way to the back. It is heavy enough to add some pressure so you can actually feel the heat in your shoulders, but not so heavy that it is uncomfortable.

It heats up quickly and the heat is even. No one spot is warmer or colder than others. I am very happy with this product and it is worth the money for me!
