It is worn almost like a jacket, the heat generated is very evenly distributed, the 4 settings are neither too hot nor too cold, the heating pad heats up quickly, which is nice

I have neck, shoulder and back issues and this heating pad is amazing, it provides relief to all my painful areas at once. It is soft and heats up very quickly. I think this is the best heating pad I have ever used!
