I have chronic back pain from multiple fusions in my spine. I also sat in front of the computer for 9 hours which only added to my pain. That’s why I bought this neck, shoulder and back warmer. I like it!

Perfect for the upper back and shoulders where other pads fail to stay in place. I'm tired of trying to arrange other pads to fit in the right spot for pain. This heating pad is great for sore muscles while lying down.

I can count on one hand the number of times I've used it because my dog shredded the rope, but it works great. I love the way the temperature is controlled and it has a timer that turns it off when I inevitably fall asleep. The size covers my entire back, so cute! Missed so much... RIP
